Not everyone needs the same technology for their site. In order to be cost-effective, I build the site on the simplest technology necessary to do the job. In the short-term this reduces the time to get operational, long-term it enhances your websites maintainability and flexibility. All of the technologies that I use are industry standard and have been for many years. Most sites are full custom designs. When necessary part or all of a website can be done in a Content Managment System such as Wordpress or Drupal.
